Right now our world is upside down with the pandemic of Covid-19. Our home situations may look similar or vastly different but we are all going through stresses because of it. Here is a recording of a short guided meditation. The guidance is related to calming but what is most important is the time one takes to stop and just breathe and focus on the positive.
